Cancellation, Return and Refund Policy

Cancellation:

Eligibility for Exchange :

Ready-made items are eligible for exchange if they are incorrect, defective, or damaged due to manufacturing issues.
To qualify for an exchange, please provide clear evidence such as pictures, videos, or screenshots of the incorrect or unsatisfactory product via WhatsApp at 019-2682783, along with your personal details.

Exchange Process:

Contact our customer careline to discuss the issue and initiate the exchange process.
Return the item in its original packaging, including all accessories and documents, via delivery courier services.
Once we receive the returned product, we’ll verify the issue. If deemed faulty, we’ll process the exchange within 5-7 days.

Courier Fees:

Customers are responsible for bearing the courier fees for both the return and exchange transactions.

Refund Policy:

Refunds are provided if the item is deemed faulty or incorrect. We’ll refund postage costs up to maximum of RM40 upon receipt of the returned item.
Refunds are processed back to the original payment method or provided as store credit, as per your preference.

Transit Responsibility:

While in transit to our side, customers are responsible for their packages. We recommend retaining the postage receipt as proof of shipment.
